Features
- Direct spindle and dual contact faces Big Plus feature least noise and vibrations issues for better clamping rigidity and accuracy
- The deflection accuracy of the spindle nose is 1 um, and the deflection accuracy of the spindle test rod 200 mm is 6 um.
- Unique tool changer support construction ensures excellent solidity, minimal vibration, and zero bending moments on both the column and headstock.
- All models feature pretension 40 mm diameter ball screws to enhance transmission rigidity and provide heavy duty machining and stability.
- Standard BIG-PLUS spindle taper assures higher rigidity and machining accuracy through dual faces which make precisely contact, making it suitable for high-speed and heavy-duty cutting.
